A short message to say how very delighted we were with your carpet cleaning of our parents/ parents in law’s unit in Gawler. We were amazed that the lounge/ dining area carpet particularly, finished up looking like new. The gentleman who inspected the unit for the Village was very impressed also. We left the unit looking like new & sweet smelling & we were very happy knowing you had used safe products.

"I absolutely loved the professionalism and customer service provided by Lorna. My carpets and rug were cleaned to a standard much higher than I expected - after previous visits from so called 'carpet professionals' I didn't expect to be left with near on dry surfaces with absolutely no sight of any staines! My carpets and rug were bought back to life and seriously looked brand new.

Although the service was slightly higher priced than other carpet cleaning companies I have previously used, the results were at least 100% better. I also wasn't left with wet tiles from the equipment that was used. Lorna cleaned and tidied up after herself and made sure my house was left in the same state as when she arrived.

A follow up service is also provided for stains that may occur after the carpets are clearned, free of charge! Excellent!

I have already recommeded Ladybird Carpet Care to many friends, work associates and family. I know they won't be disappointed!"

Hi Lorna,

This letter is a little overdue; I am now all settled into my new home I really wanted to thankyou for bringing life back to my carpets and rugs.  

Wow, was I surprised, I never thought my carpets could look so good, 

After years of using numerous Carpet Cleaning ‘experts’ and then finally buying an expensive carpet cleaner to try and do a better job myself and still with no success,  all it took was a recommendation and one phone call to Ladybird Carpet Care and I know I will never need to look up the local paper again or spend a whole weekend of my time trying to clean my carpets.

First impressions do count, a very professional lady in a very professional van and does a very professional job.
